Jose and Manuel Dominguez were brothers who with their families came here in 1779 i would like information on them if anyone has anything please tell me. This is my 1st time looking up my ancestory, My family settle in Terrebonne Parish around Cocodrie Louisiana. My name changed to Domangue, how or why??? is anybodies guess. My Grandfather was Tores Domingue his Father was Michel Domingue and he married Rosalie Domingue Domingue. the a in our name was added to Tores' Sons  generation.
